Novaclair was started because GCs and project managers kept hiring generic commercial cleaning companies to handle post-construction cleaning and consistently getting a single surface clean instead of the 3-phase sequence the project actually needed. The crew would show up once, sweep the floor, wipe some surfaces, call it done. Construction dust was still redistributing into the air within days of occupancy. The final tenant walk-through always generated a deficiency list because the cleaning was nowhere near owner-ready. The GC got blamed for the result.

Novaclair is built around the 3-phase sequence. Phase 1 is rough clean — happens after major dust generators (drywall, paint) are complete. Debris removal, HEPA-filtered vacuuming to actually remove fine particulate, heavy surface cleaning. Phase 2 is final clean — before finishing trades (final flooring, fixture install). Detailed clean of every surface, windows, finishes, polish where required. Phase 3 is touch-up — immediately before occupancy walk-through. Fingerprints, final dust settlement, inspection prep.

We coordinate with your construction schedule, not our own. We arrive when your superintendent says arrive. We do not block the trades.
