What is a 3-phase post-construction clean?+

Phase 1 (Rough Clean): happens after major construction dust generators — drywall, paint — are complete. Debris removal, HEPA vacuuming, major surface cleaning. Phase 2 (Final Clean): before finishing trades (final flooring, fixture install). Detailed clean of all surfaces, windows, finishes. Phase 3 (Touch-Up): immediately before occupancy. Fingerprints, final dust, inspection prep. Industry-standard sequence.

Why HEPA vacuums matter?+

Drywall dust, concrete dust, and sanding particulate are very fine. Standard shop vacuums and janitorial vacuums redistribute it back into the air — it settles again within hours. HEPA-filtered vacuums capture down to 0.3 micron particles and keep them captured. Critical for actual air-quality improvement pre-occupancy.

Do you coordinate with my trade sequence?+

Yes. We arrive when the construction schedule needs us, not on our own timeline. Rough clean after drywall/paint. Final clean after finish trades. Touch-up before owner/tenant walk-through. Tight coordination with your superintendent or project manager is standard.

Do you handle multi-phase projects with long timelines?+

Yes. Multi-phase projects (occupied tenant improvements, phased construction, turnover cycles) get dedicated project coordinators who track phases, schedule cleans at the right moments, and invoice per phase or rolled up per project.

Do you provide COIs for GCs and property owners?+

Yes. $10M general liability, auto, WSIB/CNESST certificates provided to GCs before mobilization. ISNetworld and Avetta registered for GCs that require it.
